I've been having massive issues with reactive hypoglycemia the past month or so.... Ever since reductions have been made in my dose of Valium, and also after reducing my Armour dessicated Thyroid from 45mg (3/4 grain) to 30mg (1/2 grain).
Now, I've been having benzo issues since about last September. I made a few changes (only using new pills, not month old ones that had been shaved up, and also stopping Psyllium and LBB, to see if maybe that was interfering with absorption).. so we can soon rule that out.
But for example, I'll have a meal of:
1/2 cup chickpea sprouts
4-6 ounces raw broccoli
T of coconut and wheat germ oil
A midday meal... an hour or two later I'm sitting starting to get hypoglycemia symptoms again... and have confirmed it with a blood Sugar meter... it'll get to around 70 a few hours afterwords.
