There's some misleading info here. Oxygen is in your brain because you need it to burn fuel. It's essential for any metabolic reactions in your body. Essentially, fire can't survive w/o oxygen. Nor can your body burn fuel without it.
I would be careful with copper. It's an important mineral but can be toxic at doses that are too high. The same with iron - essential - but we can get too much of it and that can damage our health
