I had a persistent staph infection (staphylococcus aureus) that started from an infected hair follicle under my bottom lip and above my chin and spread around my mouth, nose, hands and arms as impetigo and cellulitis. Over the initial 2 months I was prescribed 3 different Antibiotics all of which did not completely work as the infection kept on coming back, and by definition was now MRSA (methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus). One of the pharmaceuticals produced a very bad reaction.


I researched and self-experimented with many different natural Antibiotics , diet and detox over a period of 9 months. I tried various types of Antibiotic herbs internally (grapefruit seed extract, olive leaf extract), therapeutic grade essential oils (the ones that were very potent for me were cinnamon, oregano, thyme, clove, eucalyptus, lemongrass and others) Colloidal Silver , carnivora with dmso. I tried these at various doses and for various length of times, but since I was doing this without consulting a naturopath I was unsure of the results. Some of these substances alleviated external symptoms (wounds), but I could not determine how effective they were at eradicating staph bacteria that had colonized tissue under the skin. Some were very effective, especially at high doses, but I developed sensitivity and sometimes had bad reactions with prolonged use. I also did research on the pure stabilized form of allicin which is extracted through a special process from garlic and began taking the powder in pills. This seemed to be the most consistently effective substance which I could also take at high doses for long periods of time, but I later found out I was using too low of a dose and for too short of a time in order to completely eradicate the infection.

I finally discovered stabilized liquid allicin and the quantity to use and for the necessary amount of time. This completely got rid of my infection.  I did this by taking at least 1 teaspoon every day for around 10 months straight, never skipping a day. For myself this process took much longer than normal because I had carried and battled the infection for so long before I started daily treatment with high dose liquid allicin. If allicin treatment is started at first signs of a staph infection this should take 5-6 months. On rare occasion I took up to 2 or 3 teaspoons a day, but never any amount less than 1 teaspoon. After the last sign of any external wounds / cuts caused by the staph bacteria I took 1/2 teaspoon for another 2 months and take 6-8 drops a day as a regular continual practice.

Allicin in garlic and stabilized allicin kills bacteria and dissolves their biofilm colonies that they build and hide in.  The biofilm colonies that the bacteria establish as protective network bunkers are the most difficult obstacle in completely eradicating MRSA or staph. Part of the reason why many pharmaceutical and natural Antibiotics are failing is because most of them only kill free floating bacteria… but most do not dissolve or penetrate biofilm colonies which these bacteria begin to construct if the infection is not treated aggressively and immediately.

I would often take allicin at different random times of day and sometimes with food and sometimes on an empty stomach. Often times first thing in the morning I would take the liquid allicin with some cool liquid like water and lime juice, and never alone with any hot liquids or foods. Heat destroys allicin. Also I achieved very effective absorption by holding the liquid allicin in my mouth for as long as I could or until it was absorbed through and under my tongue and mouth.


I would sometimes add non-GMO vitamin C (no dextrose / maltodextrose or other additives / fillers), or raw or powdered ginger to increase absorption of allicin.  To support my immune system I also ate fermented / cultured vegetables (unpasteurized sauerkraut, kimchee), probiotic pills and powders, sprouted mung beans, lemons, limes, apple cider vinegar, turmeric, coconut and coconut oil, avocados, fermented cod liver oil, vitamin x butter oil, colostrum extract, digestive enzymes with and without food.

I avoided as much as possible eating all forms of sugar, fruit, flour and starchy grains, refined carbs, alcohol, iron, processed / dead supermarket food as much as possible. Sugar, honey and foods with added Sugar especially fructose, high fructose corn syrup, dextrose (glucose), maltodextrin, lactose, galactose, etc., artificial sweeteners encourage the growth of all bacteria, viruses and funguses. I found out how true this is multiple times that even ingesting a small amount of Sugar can trigger a relapse of infection symptoms. I was lucky to discover stevia and I use a version that has no additives or fillers. It is 100% pure stevia extract. Many types of stevia have dextrose, maltodextrose or lactose added which I avoid because they cause pathogenic growth. Stevia and pure stevia extract is not a Sugar and does not have all of the detrimental effects that sugar has.

I also applied my own mixture of a very pure aloe vera gel and liquid allicin on top of the wounds covered with a bandage. After wound healed I would continue to rub this mixture 2-3 times a day or more into the areas where there had been wounds. At first and during acute infection applying the liquid allicin directly on wounds sometimes made my skin very sensitive, so I would dilute it with the aloe until my skin could handle it. I would also rub apple cider vinegar into the wounds and rub it into that area after the wounds healed. This disinfects wound and area and is very refreshing to skin. This can definitely sting on open wounds, and can burn if used too much and too often, so at first I needed to dilute a little bit but now I use straight from the bottle. I had much better results with these 2 methods compared to other topical Antibiotic disinfectants like hydrogen peroxide and alcohol, which burned and caused a lot of damaged to my skin from overuse.

One of the most important topical mixtures I discovered via a thread on earth clinic and cure zone was a mixture of coconut oil/butter with turmeric. Sometimes I would use regular turmeric powder and more often I would use turmeric powder extract from pills. I would apply this topically on wounds and areas of infection and this would be the only thing that would take away the burning pain. It was a miracle and a life saver. Nothing else I tried was even close to being as effective in killing the pain and reducing inflammation.

Also very important was drinking a lot of clean filtered or distilled water, exercising and in particular jumping up and down or rebounding on a trampoline, which moves the lymphatic system helping to get toxins and waste out. This came to be extremely important and an amazing relief when I experienced extreme detox symptoms (herximer reaction) from taking large amounts of natural antibiotics.

I also used an earthing sheet and pad during this process which would also speed the healing of wounds. This was an amazing thing to witness how much faster the immune system would work when using these simple and basic devices. I also learned how getting enough sleep in darkness and going to bed early made a huge difference in my immune system which overall helped to overcome the infection. Also smoking anything, drugs, alcohol, stress, exhaustion all compromise the immune system, and give the bacteria a chance to thrive.

I also got a lot of help and support from my girlfriend, my family and a few friends. They were so important in this process and my recovery, without them I would have been alone and much worse.
