Healing scalp scars after recovering from male pattern baldness

Hello, I had a period of my life with a lot of stress and ill health and developed male pattern baldness where my hair was falling and the top of my scalp (male pattern baldness area)became so sore... I heard it is the DHT burns and bleaches the hair in this sensitive spot eventually turning the skin into scar tissue...

Now, I am recovering my hair is no longe falling out, my scalp does not get sore or stingy... My hair is regrowing but is it thinner and less closely packed on these balder spots then anywhere else...

The skin may not be fully scar tissue yet ( it looks quite haggered like eczema skin, but it is not super shiny like people have been fully bald for years...) which most me think I can still rejuvinate the skin from any semi-scarring that has happened... Since the hair loss and soreness has stopped and the hair IS growing back (yay), I still want to deal with the issue of the skin...

Is there anything that could sooth the skin and reverse the potential scarring that almost happened?
