I stopped working a few weeks ago,and since then I've had strange sleep patterns...no matter what time I go to bed I'll wake up after 3 hours and won't be able to get back to sleep for sometimes a couple of hours. Then I'll oversleep into the morning and it throws my schedule off.
I've tried many different supplements, from GABA to Passionflower,valerian,melatonin. They all seem to work for a night or 2 then it's back to the same cycle.
One thing I think it could be is that I'm not as active during the day as when I was working so maybe I'm not doing enough to tire myself out...
Other than that I can't think of what it could be.
