Benign tumors

Hi experts...I deadly need your help.I'm 30yrs old male.
At the age of 19 I found two of benign tumours on both my hands.Till the age of 28 the growth rate was not fast.But from the last two years I have experience tremendous growth in terms of size and number, some will pain when I touched it and some will pain when I press it. Almost it spreads all my body parts and approximately now I have around 40 benign tumours on my body...
