The return of genuine hunger is an unmistakable and powerful demand for nourishment, which grows ever more intensely if the fast is not abated. Most would need to almost reach the skeleton condition before this occurs. It is unnecessary to continue a fast for this length of time, and foolhardy without experienced supervision.
Day 7 to 14 it is impossible to have reached this stage, when your food reserves have run out or have almost done so: this can take from 35 to 55 days or even longer on water only.
The exception to this would be if the pre-fast diet of some standing has been woefully inadequate nutritionally, which is highly unlikely.
