Zinc Chloride Slave: how do I get it off!!!!

My mom had this little vial of black stuff she was swearing by and said "just put a little on your areas you're trying to clear up". I did so this morning and now I can't get the dame stuff off my face. Soap and water won't work, oil doesn't work, rubbing alcohol..nothing!! It burns like a bitch and I swear it's eating my skin..how the hell do I get this stuff off of me??

Do I have to literally cut my skin off to get this stuff off of me before it eats down any more?? Help!! Tweet
