You can try putting Lotrimin cream on it. Lotrimin is now over-the-counter and it is a good antifungal. However, the fact you have a yeast infection on your body could mean that your immune system is being overwhelmed by yeast elsewhere (probably in your gut). You have to treat the whole body.
