There could be a dysfunction in the beginning part of the small intestine. It could relate to the hormone CCK, receptors, nerves, etc.
If your blood levels don't ever indicate a liver/gall bladder problem and you don't have anything else related to liver/gall bladder function, then you might just do fine.
Your response to the bile acid products would appear to indicate that you/re not producing enough bile or releasing enough bile. That typically results in constipation and fat intolerance.
If you've ever had a stool test a fecal fat levels were high, that would be another indicator.
Pain between shoulder blades, headache over the eye, sensitivity to chemicals, and hemorrhoids or varicose veins are other indicators.
