Thanks for letting me know, perhaps that is why I have been told to double the dose of his fluconazole from 50 to 100 a day which I will do when I can get the metronidazole dose up without causing him to have a seizure, I have been told to monitor for signs of seizure but I don't really get a warning, a full blown grandmal seizure just happens.
