longevity is key...i have a hard time taking too much advice from ANYone that dies early...BUT sometimes I DO BELIEVE that natural healers etc...often are doing what they do because they were forced to learn about health for themselves or they would have died at a young age...but they returned to a natural diet and lifestyle and were able to live about as long as most...still dying early but out living the odds that were stacked against them

if only 'NORMAL' people would adopt to a natural diet and lifestyle without a serious ealth issue then we would probably see people living 125-150 again...

most people only change directions once they are really sick and have no choice...BUT its better to turn around then to keep going down the path of medical
