Juicing fruit concentrates sugars, which is why they aren't allowed on the Candida Plan - www.candidaplan.com.
I haven't found using a little bit of this and a little bit of that to be a very effective approach for fungal candida.
Everything feeds off of sugar, including our own cells in the body. An increase in symptoms can be due to fungus/parasites, bacteria/mold, or a combination of any of those.
Exfoliating the skin can be helpful, then apply some hydrogen peroxide to address bacterial components of the problem. After that, use Agrisept-L, Candida Fore topically, or even GSE. Those can help to address the localized component of a fungal infection and you'll have to do a candida cleanse to address systemic components.
