Good info, thanks Brightside.

I have to say one of the alt disciplines I never stuck to was the liver flush...
done a few times then scared off because they can be so grueling.

I know from all my lifelong symptoms that my liver/kidneys are compromised.

I think it's time for a solid year of liver flushes.
