Candida Diet, Leaky Gut, IBS - Suicide and Depression

I've been suffering from gut dyspepsia for a couple of years now. It has been absolute hell and I have experienced minimal relief. I has originally diagnosed with IBS and put on the fodmaps diet. I had relief for a few months and then all my symptoms came back, but instead of acid reflux and indigestion, my primary symptoms originally, I had extreme constipation, flautelence and bloating.

I eventually went to a nautropath and after two months of using the fodmap diet in conjunction with proper food combining rules for digestive health and proper probiotic support and digestive enzymes, well, there was no improvement. I had some more stool tests done and was diagnosed with klebsiella and candida. And so, my probiotic regimen was increased as my test results demonstrated I had zero good bacteria in my bowel, despite my prior probiotic regimen. I was put on a zero carb and zero Sugar diet, as well as some homeopathic therapy called 'sanum therapy'. My blood analysis demonstrated severe iron deficiency and malabsorption, as well as leaky gut (somewhat improved since first consultation).

And so, here I am, another few months later and no better. My gassiness has diminished somewhat and the bloating is not so bad, but my number one problems - constipation and stomach pain - are still prevalent on a daily basis. I have cut out all carbs, all sugar, stuck to the food combining rules most of the time, cut back caffeine, cut back alcohol and I am still constipated and reliant on movicol for soft stool movements.
