Killed Off Parasites Success Story but I have a question

Hi all. I am new to this forum and would like to share a success story with you but I also have a question.

I have a very small dog, a tiny Chihuahua who had Tapeworms since I got her. Her previous owner said she gave her deworming medicine but I don't know if I believe her because I was finding so many Tapeworms every day in her bedding and in her stool for at least 5 months. I didn't want to give her any medicine so I tried my own energy healing method on her which I use on basically everything with pretty good results. It didn't seem like it worked at first because for 3 days after I was still finding Tapeworms in her bedding and stool but by the 4th day and afterward I didn't find anything. She went from having a minimum of 2 dead tapeworms in her bedding and at least 1 living one in her stool daily to none at all for going on 3 months. I totally forgot about it for the last 3 months because I didn't have a daily reminder of finding more in her bedding. Her bedding is actually my bed, she sleeps with me, and I haven't found any in the bed in 3 months so I know for sure she hasn't had anymore come out.

I posted in this section because I figured tapeworms for humans and animals are basically the same.

Now I have a question. How can I know if all tapeworms are gone? I've never dealt with worms before and I would like to be completely sure that I've gotten rid of them. Like how do you know that they are all gone?
