The color is whitish/yellowish but they are way larger than sesame. As for foods that make my symptoms worse, in my case it's more about diet, 2 weeks ago I cut out all of my Sugar and sodium intake as good as possible basically. And since then my symptoms have escalated by alot. I've been sticking to salads and fruit. But a couple of days ago I decided to see what happens if I ate alot of crap for a day, so I drank soda, ate at mcdonalds and ate alot candy. I felt like shit that day but that's because Sugar makes me tired, foggy and just dumb. But quite surprisingly that night there was way less rumbling in my stomach and no insomnia.
