MSM,Baking Soda, Iodine, cod liver oil interactions?

Hi guys, I would like to ask you, are there any interactions between MSM, Baking Soda, sodium bicarbonate, iodine, vitamin, e, c, b complex?

I currently taking half a teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate every morning, and in the evening I eat a salad with iodized salt. During day I also take supplements such as Vitamin E,C, B complex.
In couple of weeks I am going to start taking MSM and cod liver oil as well.

I read that MSM and Vitamin C should be taken at the same time, so I am thinking about taking them in the morning along with baking soda. Then once I will eat something during the day, I will take Cod liver oil and vitamin E with food. And in the evening I will have a salad with iodized salt. Also sometimes during day I will take B complex.
