I wanted to ask this here since I have not found this type of information anywhere. I have researched all the different types of fasting and have experimented with all of them. I want to try something that involves alternating 5 days of water. Water Fasting for 5 days and eating for 2 days. This is something I have been wanting to try for a long time after having success with other forms of fasting. This will be for weight loss I am about 80lbs overweight. I would like to get any input or feedback from anyone who has ever attempted something like this. I will be trying this for an entire month.
