I received my water distiller today. I am excited and nervous at the same time.

What is the best way to add minerals? Buy the trace mineral drops? Or 1/4 tsp baking soda and 1/4 tsp of Celtic Sea Salt ?
Even though I am dairy and gluten free. I am not the best eater. I don't really eat a lot! Im trying to improve in that area. I don't want to be even more deficient.
