Part of the problem with high fat diets becomes a)where do you get your nutrients from and b)where do you get your calories from.

The latter is often filled with overt fats that contain absolutely 0 nutrients. 5 tbl of coconut oil will yield 600 calories, but 0 vitamins or minerals.

The other problem with high fat diets is insulin resistance

High fat diets are good if you like having insomnia, NOT being able to poop, and severe fatigue!
