Apple cider vinegar not working on moles.

I have been applying ACV bought from the supermarket and using a q-tip to apply, doing this twice a day. I usually hold the q-tip on the mole for a few mins, the mole which is flat and about 3mm in diameter.

Nothing has happened so far and i have not felt any sting or burning like everyone else.

Is this because the ACV is the cheap none organic version? should i be getting something like Braggs? also do i need to keep the ACV applied with a band aid?

Just thought i should ask before going ahead and buying more items.

Hopefully someone who has tried both types of ACV on moles can give a good answer to this.
