Re: Wired's AF approach doesn't work
Wow c.b. this is so ignorant and immature! Clearly a personal attack against wired. I'm starting to wonder if you in fact are natway...the similarities are becoming uncanny.
And as far as you saying that waiting to reintroduce carbs is a "load of crap", you have obviously never had true AF. I agree with you that carbs are necessary for brain function, and that restricting them too much does lead to undesirable issues, but if you have ever experienced real severe AF you would understand that violent reactions of any kind- food, supplements, medication, etc. Are very detrimental and can take weeks even months for the body to recover from.
I wish it were as easy as "just eat carbs" but its not. It took me almost a year to work up to the optimal amount of carb intake, because each violent reaction would send me into a crash. The number one objective to heal AF is to avoid crashes no matter what. So I had to treat my body like an infant and go as gentle as necessary.
Your post is blatantly ignorant. You've not walked in my shoes, wired's shoes, or anyone else's for that matter but your own. The support forum is not a place for personal attacks, and how dare you accuse someone's approach to healing themselves as wrong if in fact it is working for THEM. At one point in time your voice may have been heard and respected in this forum but I can guarantee you that you've lost that by posting in this manner. I suggest you take yourself to the debate forum where you can go on arguing and attacking with the rest of wired's fan club.
