eczema on my lips. especially at corners.??

Hi..
I havve eczema on my lips.. I always have since I was a baby.
But lately for the past week or so my lips got irritated and inflamed.. there not really anymore.. but now the skin on my lips are sreading off the corners of my mouth. I dont really kno how to explain it.. but its so embarrassing I feel so unconfident . I also have a dark rim around my lips.. from,wen I use to have a eczema rash real bad around my lips. I never really cared back then. But now that seems to be the only thing I pay attention to.. I hate it. I feel like people are always starring. I really want this to go away.. asap I wish it could go away over night. But I kno I wont find a cure on the internet tonight.ive been on here for hours . So can someone please help!??and fyi I just went to a dermatologist last week and the ointment they prescribed is not working. Please helpp Tweet
