While I cannot give you specific answers as I do not know your cancer particulars but in my experience those that say they do not improve using alternatives fail do due to several factors

Your lifestyle, your cancer, what the cause was can all play a role in your outcome. When you speak of using alternatives that word is used broadly and covers a lot of things depending on your interpretation of alternative. There are in my view alternative supplements and alternative treatments and alternative therapies. Supplements are just that, they supplement a routine lifestyle. Some are very good, like curucumin, liposomal C or even whole food supplements however each varies as to their potency by how they are produced. Poor quality or produced harshly will result in you taking it and getting no result. I have had people say - curcumin did nothing and find they had a poor quality, not 95% and because it did not have piperine or was not in liposomal form it was never absorbed, hence no reaction.

Alternative therapies range from teas for cancer, mixing anticancer elements together like baking soda and maple syrup, etc of which there are many of these self do therapies. These should never be relied on to cure your cancer. Some may get results and that is good but the results are not to be rely your life on.

There are around the globe treatments used in conjunction with each other or together with a therapy to produce well founded and known results. These results are seen in clinics that are staffed with dedicated doctors and personnel who document patients treatments and can tell you what results to expect.

I would suggest that you not give up but look for something that can work for you. As you mention, you are riddled with cancer, I will assume it has spread in various portions of your body and may suggest you read about SPDT that targets cancer cells through an activate that once exposed to light or sound kills the cell. Now like all things, some places like in the US do not allow an activate that works as it should [perhaps they don't want it to work], so you have to go or get it from a clinic with proven success.
