Ear ringing

a few days ago I was sleeping and I was woken up by a sharp pain in my ear that lasted a few seconds, it went away and I fell asleep again

but since then my ear has been ringing all the time. I thought it might go away but it hasn't. I dont think it's an ear infection, apart from that one time there has been no pain. all I feel is a small sense of fullness in the ear

maybe it has something to do with the smart meters im not sure, since they've been installed i sometimes feel a sensation that my brain or face is burning from the inside or something, not pleasant. but i live in an apartment building there's not much i can do :/

i don't want to live the rest of my life with this rigning in my ear :( what's going on?
