Die-off with Hot/Cold Therapy....advice please Uny
Hi Uny, I need to ask your advice. I have had numbness on the left side of my face and head for quite some time. Also a bad balance problem goes along with it. My whole left side has some numbness all the way down to my toes. I have had sciatica on that side for more than a decade. I have hoped it could be the sciatica but don't find much info that indicates that it would affect my face and head this way.
Here is my question(s): If doing hot/cold therapy to my face and head caused an increase in the numbness, would that be because of die-off? Would it be advisable to back off from the h/c treatment? Could die-off from that treatment also cause extra intestinal problems?
I had done the hot/cold treatment to my head/face several times with running water w/o noticing very much difference either way. Then when I did the treatment with alternating a hot water bottle and an ice pack, my face head was noticeably more numb. Maybe I was able to keep up the treatment longer than I was hung over the kitchen sink. Anyway, the next night I did it even longer and my gut was affected....maybe by that, maybe by something else. Is it unwise to continue this treatment?
I am afraid to have a brain scan OR an MRI. I am against them anyway(as I know you are), but I have EMF sensitivity and I am also extremely sensitive to loud noises. I have a smart meter on my house. The utility company told me that it is not radio frequency and that the information comes through the wiring. I have had a hard time finding out much about that, but finally learned that that is just as bad as RF because it causes dirty electricity. I originally thought my
Cell Phone and cordless phone had caused this. I have since quit using them but I realized that they didn't have that effect on me before that time. I had used a cordless for at least 15 years. Then I saw that one person said that the 'smart meter' had caused him to be sensitive to the cell and cordless phones. That makes sense to me. I am trying to learn all I can about the 'smart meter' and hope to get people in my town to learn about them. I have heard about people demanding they remove theirs and they shut off their electricity. I want to learn as much as I can before I confront them.
I'm sorry for going into all that detail about the 'smart meter'. I just want advice about the die off and anything you happen to notice about my situation. Also anyone who knows anything about this, any advice is appreciated.
Blessings,
NB
