dark circles with picture

I have had these very large brownish circles around both of my eyes for years (about 8-9) now and I am desperate for help. A few things you should know...I am NOT anemic, I have had several blood tests confirming this. These are not genetic as no one else in my family has circles at all. The circles do not get worse with lack of sleep. I have seen no correlation with severity and my sleep patterns. Also, they do not change when I take OTC daily allergy medicines. Any thoughts??

I'm wondering if people think these look typical for allergies? either food or environmental...or any other potential causes??
