Living in a Cell Tower

I live on the seventh floor of a a nine-story apartment building, and on the roof, I have noticed, are fourteen Cell Phone transmitters on the roof, about four per side. These are white, vertical rectangles, about a foot across and maybe 4 feet in length.
I have heard that "side lobes" deflect the radiation down, into the building below, in such a set-up.
I have heard that aluminum screening can help. has anyone tried this? I hope I can put some on my ceiling. I've been here about a year and a half. I hope I don't have to move. Tweet
