If you have bacteria overgrowth on the skin try boric acid powder. You use it like baby powder. It retards growth of bacteria. It really works. I suggest using the humco brand. It's finely sifted so it sticks to the skin. It's all natural and safe to use.

As far as all natural soaps and shampoos I've used Chagrin Valley soaps and they work great for the hair. I've never used them on my body but they sell some for the body. They don't have much of a scent. At least not the ones I've used.
