My nightly routine before bedtime, in attempt to tame this condition; Activia yogurt, Digestive Advantage Probiotic, and 100 mg of vitamin B2 (Riboflavin). I also eat yogurt for lunch along with taking B2 supplement.
This is night number 3 and while the odor is still present, it's down to about a 5 out of 10. My shirts smell fresher and so does my apartment; windows aren't open, they're closed. My odor is ammonia or that's what it smells like to me. Very sharp and stinging to my nose. While my routine isn't perfect, it's a work in progress.
