Bad breath/body odor from liver? Diet protocol?

UPDATE: Breath and BO improved slightly

Hello all, I have posted on this forum a few times in the last month and a half and I just wanted to report some news and findings and also ask questions from you knowledgable people.

I was on the candida diet for about a month and a half before it ended abruptly as my mom purchased an expensive pasta dish for me (long story). It hadn't really noticed a huge improvement in my odors except for one time when my breath became better briefly.

I am now seeing a naturopath who is suggesting possible liver congestion. She wants me to obtain bloodwork from previous doctors first to be sure but she suspects my liver which was set off from heavy drinking a few years back (when symptoms started) high stress, bad diet, and depression.
She also believes I have multiple food sensitivities which are further inflaming my body. This I know, because I was on an Elimination Diet and was surprised to find problems with yogurt, rice, nuts and eggs which I ate regularly before.

After seeing her, I read about this myself and how the liver can cause bad digestion and constipation (I've had this my whole life and was born with jaundice!)candida, hot/red hands and feet, sweating, yellow tongue coating, and bad breath and Body Odor . I don't have many other symptoms (other than these) that I believe are liver related but since taking the ox bile, my liver and kidneys ache? Is that bad or does that mean something is working? My boyfriend also noticed that the corners of my eyes looked yellowish.

I decided to eat more digestible foods (mostly cooked) and take an ox bile probiotic. I'm also applying a castor oil pack to my liver every night. After the first day of treatment, I had a HUGE BM. I believe it was due to the castor oil pack.

My breath has already become better due to (mostly)cutting out egg whites, nuts, and hard vegetables. My diet consists mostly of green beans and a candida safe pumpkin pie recipe that I found made from canned pumpkin, coconut oil, eggs, and almond flour. I am not cured---people still rub their nose at times. But the heavy musky BO and BB that I had has not been present the last two days with this diet.

My question is this: what foods are safe/helpful for a congested liver and what are the no-no's? I'd like to add that I do believe that I have candida but I need to heal my liver first before getting rid of candida any further. I am becoming sick and thin where I was strong and healthy before the detox.
