Why don't we have tmau medicine?

Today we can live very secure world.
Doctor can heal almost every ailment especially cancer too.
According to old data, we don't have enough enzyme which break down the foods.
So we have Body Odor . Why does scientists cannot develop medicine?
This is the era that dying people can save their lif by medicine and surgery.
