Threadworms in eyes

Could anyone please advise how to treat Threadworms in eyes? I have had threadworms for 6 weeks now, a very intense infestation. After 7 x tablets of Mebendazole, 3 x Pyrantel (6 chocolate pieces taken each time) and 1 x dose of Stromectol(Ivermectin) taken 3mg of 4 tablets in one single dose. I still have the worms & now after taking herbal treatments containing wormwood & black walnut & cloves the worms have seemed to have migrated to my eyes. They seem to have shifted from my ears and nose but I have terrible pain behind my eyes and they are sensitive to light. During my infection I have had constant nausea, vomitting at times,weight loss, severe irritability, tiredness/weakness, problems sleeping (have been on sleeping tablets for the past 6 weeks). I could initially feel the worms constantly wriggling around my anus, vagina & urethra for weeks but since the ivermectin it has curbed the infestation to now just in my anal passage (mainly feel at night) and now my eyes. Been to 3 Doctors who don't believe me, especially now they are in my eyes. Furthermore I have been cleaning constantly and washing all bed linen, clothes, bath mats etc in hot water daily. Also it doesn't help that my immune system isn't the best as been through a lot in the past years. If anyone could suggest any remedy to ease the pain and get rid of these pests in my eyes it would be greatly appreciated, Cheers Tweet
