Re: Can Vit. C help digestive problems?

If you were not taking Betaine HCL I would have said ascorbic acid might help to add a useful amount of acid to the stomach at meal time.

That list of symptoms is fairly common in the detox groups. At some point you might want to consider the possible involvement of mercury. You could check out the symptom lists under each hair test at this library.

I hear that vitamin C is important for adrenals

Does Epsom Salt ( magnesium sulfate ) help with anxiety and rapid heartbeat )? More on that if requested.

Have you gotten a Metametrix or similar stool test so you have a better feel for what you are fighting?

For example, my chiropractor gave me a checklist of symptoms associated with candida. I was at moderate risk for candida. However my doctor said I had the lowest level of candida he had ever seen on the Metametrix test. My situation turned out to be mostly a problem with lead and cadmium. I had exposure for decades in my family's business and symptoms that matched rather well. My situation also improved with detox (Cutler protocol).

Good luck.

Joe
