Got Mirena out today, Fearing the Crash!

Hello new friends! After having the Mirena for 3.5 years, and suffering from super oily skin, crazy cystic Acne on my chin and jaw, and sometimes a little on my back, I KNEW it must be the Mirena, so today (yes!! a few hours ago), I had the suc*** taken out (ouch!) I had done a ton of research and was thrilled to find Dr. J through the forums and blogs. I've been emailing with him, but had a call with Mary today and have a consult with Dr. J. I'm so ready to detox this crap out of my system and get on the right road to being healthy. I haven't experienced as many crazy symptoms as many of you (I totally feel for you!!), but the skin and low libido are my major complaints. I have a very healthy lifestyle- eat super clean, exercise regularly, stay away from toxins for the most part (use natural products, take my supplements, etc), so I'm definitely on the right path, BUT I'm SUPER worried about the Mirena crash and what I have to expect in the next couple weeks. Does it always get worse before it gets better?? I'm planning on doing Dr. J's detox, but I'm also about to travel internationally for a week for work and super nervous about it- not the biggest fan of flying in the first place, so worried I'll get anxiety or even discomfort from the joint pain or any heavy bleeding while detoxing. There may be a way I can get out of this trip, but wanted to kind of gauge what you ladies have experienced. So I guess my question is, for someone that had probably moderate symptoms on the Mirena (wouldn't call this severe as it was mostly the skin and libido), what should I expect during the detox?
