Morgellons fibers in my nose!

I keep pulling out these clear looking fibers from my nostrils! At first i thought they were grey hairs but theyre not. They are translucent, my nose is always itchy inside like its being tickled. It has a sour smell to it too, like some sort of infection. Ive swabbed my nose with iodine, doesnt do anything but burn the skin and cause it to flake off. Ive also ran all morgellons related scripts i could find many times.

How do i get this shit out!?
