I had gotten just one very large one out before you replied.
(more than one inch long and more than 1/2" wide)

Then hours later after walking on a hill as you suggested a clump of 4-5 large ones (really hard to get out) they really looked like hard poo. But there are those little white fleck things in it like the first one.
wondering if I was constipated on the juice fasting?

I had originally looked at a different recipe as well and it called for teaspoons of Epsom Salts so I went in between, as I read it can be hard on your stomach and I'd been juice fasting. I will use the Tablespoons next time.
