So i am in a long detox now, im thinking it will take a few years of detox after detox programs. And my question is because, while im in the detox weeks, i feel extremely angry for silly little things and the chemistry of anger provokes inside my body like cutting pain in the stomach area or the adrenals area somewhere over there for an hour or so. So how do you manage detox without getting more tissues or blood more intoxicated or anything damaged? I feel like crap every time i get angry and meditating doesn't help, music might stop the feeling a little before an hour but nothing stops the instant drop of bad chemistry inside my body and hell i can feel it. I have leaky gut too and i wonder if it all started with this reactions inside my stomach too, since i cant digest properly.
