B3NAULT is correct. Show your friend our Testimonials about Cancer. Cancers far worse than his have been KILLED with iodine.

However a word of caution on painting the testicles. I suggest he use 2% Lugols that is watered down by 50% for painting and then paint with Grapeseed oil to prevent dermatitis.
Painting the testicles with full strength Lugols can be very painful for some men.
