Re: Multiple parasite phenomona

I agree with most of what you have written in your post but this :
"
worst is meat, cheese (live molds) and sugar.
"
is not true.

There are animals who eat meat who are infected by parasitic helminths but there are also plant eaters who are infected by parasitic helminths...

I think that the foods a human ingests can influence the state of his digestive tube and his nutrients reserves, but there has been several reports that parasitic helminths are able to secrete susbtances to hide from the immune system cells and to manipulate (lower) the immune system detection and response mechanisms. So i don't think it is accurate to say that changing the diet will kill helminths, i have tried to eat only green leaves, vegetables, fruits, during several months and even if i felt less pressure and more energy, it has not killed parasitic helminths.
I have also to eat a omnivore diet, and when i ate anti parasitic helminths herbs in a high enough quantity and during a high enough time, it has killed helminths...
I have not seen that a change in the diet is enough to get rid of helminths, even if i agree that some "foods" cause more inflamation and mucus secretion than others and it is better if they are avoided.
