Betaine HCL with pepsin

Would Betaine HCL with pepsin CAUSE a facial rash? I've read about "die-off", but to the contrary I've also read that its your body having a bad reaction.
Undecylic acid seems to be very helpful, as well as Oregano oil, GSE, garlic tea, probiotics and diet.
I've been reading a lot about biofilms and research into natural herbal extracts that help with this problem. What information on getting rid of biofims in the mouth would anyone be willing to pass on?
Can all these remedies, along with diet cure a chronic problem? I hope so. What defines a "chronic" candidal problem?
Also, is Nystatin resistance a possibility? How long and how much should be used before there is resistance to this antifungal? Tweet
