Wow, great question.

It seems that possibly the enemas stay in the colon, not reaching the small intestine. Is that correct?

If the yeast are in the "gut" or small intestine, maybe they would not be affected by something that only reaches the lower area of the colon.

Also, the milk from an enema is not really digested, right? It's just temporary.

From the interviews, it sounded as if the milk and salt enema was one of the most effective ones.
