How effective is the Candida spit test?

I have two fungal infections in my body. One in my leg and one on the skin of my butt.
I had my leg fungal infection for almost five years now. I also had extreme body odor and I love to use vinegar excessively.

I also tested positive in the Candida spit test.

How accurate is this spit test? Is there a great possibility I have systemic candida overgrowth inside my body?
