Burning sensation in stomach caused by antifungals

Hey All,

I have been on the candida diet for a month now. I started off by taking Grapefruit-Seed-Extract for 2 weeks and i was taking a full dose no problem. After 2 weeks i got my hands on some undecenoic acid and switch to that. Within 5 days i had worked my way up to 12 caps a day (4 with each meal). Things were fine although i was really tired ect. Now all of a sudden when i take them I get really bloated and have a strong burning sensation in my stomach. I reduced my dose all the way to 1 cap with breakfast and i have a painful stomach burning sensation for about 3 hours after. I stopped for a few days and switched back to the Grapefruit-Seed-Extract and i had a similar stomach burn. What is going on? On a side note I have not had any improvement with my two main symptoms (constant fatigue, brain fog) after 1 month of diet/probiotics/antifungals. Is it normal to feel about the same after 1 month? Can i expect to see a difference after 2 months? I am a 20 year old guy and have only really felt the symptoms for 2 years so my candida overgrowth should be mild compared to some other folks. Thanks in advance for the responses.
