Damn spider bite??? Help. Picture

About a week ago, I felt a bump on my stomach. A small bump, like a blind pimple or bug bite. I didn't think anything of it and have been putting neosporin on it and a bandaid. It's now a week later and it scabbed in the middle, but scab is black. I slightly rubbed it and the black came off and there is a hole. It's the size of a bb. Very small, and red around it. I had this happen once before and I know it will never heal properly. Am I right?

I read about brown recluse bites and I have all the same symptoms but the bite is small with a hole. Tweet
