Just been searching which Selenium Supplements r Good Again and came across a Thread from 2011 or something that says that one shouldnt Supplement with Selenium shen having Silver Fillings. :0
But i dont eat Fish etc . And One can of Thuna is known to have as much Mercury as 10 or 15 silverfillings. Imo removing them releases much more Toxins than letting them do their Job untill too Old. (Wrong....?)
Also compositefillings are Toxic. Containing bpa and stuff.
But on the Other Hand Taking High dosages of Iodine without Selenium can cause damage too or Not?
