This and a couple others looking just like it came out after #2(but found in middle of underpants not back) and lots of mucus in stool(didn't see any thing else but pumpkin seeds). Then lots of itching and tingling. I assumed that it had laid eggs. Put Ivermectin lotion on and it stopped after it got a little worse. Tweet
