please help us!! given days to live!!

My Grandmother is an 85 year old women who is battling lymphoma for the second time. She started receiving chemo again about 6 or 7 months ago. She began to show signs of improvements but other problems began to pop up. The biggest problem that caused the current predicament is that the disease has spread to her liver causing her great pain at times. She is bed ridden and also unable to eat. Despite her body failing her, My grandmother has all her faculties and is very sharp. She has an EXTREMELY large family and can tell you the names of all 86 of her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. The Doctors at the Hospital have done extremely well keeping her here but have said that they have nothing more to offer her medically. They expect her to expire within days and I am DISTRAUGHT. I am very very close with my Grandmother and I have no clue what to do. If there is anyone out there that could help us in any way please, please help! We Live in Philadelphia.
