Yes; sunshine is a part of any healing IMO. Maybe not so obvious to the ones having access to it year around. But over here, 2-3 months have gone without much sun; like 17 hours in 2-3 months. It is dark most of the day, too.
This is the hardest part for me when it comes to weather; I can take cold, snow, artic temperatures.. But with no light from the sun I have a problem.
This weekend, the sun finally appeared on the sky after 2-3 months absence, the feeling of it was high, very!
